Residential Investment Coordinator
As part of our growth strategy to support our investment partners, we are looking to recruit a dynamic individual to assist in growing our residential investment activities across the UK.
The successful candidate will have at least 2 years relevant experience, be a driven self-starter, energetic and enthusiastic, with a pleasing personality. A background in identifying and sourcing residential investment opportunities, from development projects to tenanted blocks, is essential and experience in marketing and social media is preferred.
The position is based in Manchester, but will involve UK-wide travel. A competitive salary package is offered to the successful candidate.
