Our focus is key city centre schemes with an acquisition value up to £5 million and the ability to deliver around 100 studios / one bed units. Vacant position is preferred, however, we will consider tenanted commercial space with short leases.
Target locations include Leeds, Sheffield, Nottingham and Derby, but we will consider other locations that offer a compelling investment case.
