Structure: Underwrite, forward-fund, joint-venture and agency
Locations: Birmingham, Derby, Edinburgh, Glasgow, Leeds, Leicester, Liverpool, London, Manchester, Newcastle, Nottingham and Sheffield

Requirement 2
Number of units: 50-300 apartment projects, close to completion
Deal Structure: Straight purchase
Locations: Birmingham, Derby, Leeds, Leicester, Liverpool, London (or within 1 hour commute), Nottingham, Reading and Sheffield

Requirement 3
Investment: HMO portfolios above £1m
Deal Structure: Straight purchase
Locations: Across the UK, showing 12%+ yield
