John is Ex Chairman of the Kenmore Property Group, which he founded in 1986. He has over 40 years' experience in the property market both in the United Kingdom and
overseas. He ran his own building company before turning to commercial property trading, development and investment. At the peak, Kenmore Group managed assets
with a combined value of over £2 billion across the UK and Europe. John is a prior winner of Property Week Personality of the Year and Entrepreneur of the Year. He
qualified as a chartered surveyor in 1973.
Mark has 25 years senior management experience in the UK and International markets. He carved a dynamic career path in the marketing and advertising industry, successfully running both start-up and multinational companies. His last role, prior to moving into the international property investment sector, was launch Chief Executive of Hakuhodo Middle East, a Pan Arab advertising network, part of Hakuhodo International. Since 2006 Mark has been running investment companies in the Middle East and more recently, Craigleith Group in the UK. He is also CEO of UK Property Professionals, the UK’s fastest-growing real estate network.
Fraser is a highly commercial Chartered Accountant who has worked in a number of sectors during his career. In 2014 he left his post as Chief Executive of Hamilton and Kinneil Estates, where for over 11 years he had been responsible for the management, finance and business development of six operating companies on behalf of the Duke of Hamilton and his family. Reporting to a group of trustees, boards and the family, the companies operated across key market sectors including property, estate management, farm management and investment.
Geoff is a highly astute and accomplished individual, with an undergraduate degree from Reading University combined with extensive chartered surveying, marketing and management experience. Geoff has strong project and property development skills, which are well suited to dynamic and challenging business conditions. His real estate career spans 15 years in the UK and overseas, which includes eight years with Manchester City Council.
Graham had a distinguished 20-year banking career with the Royal Bank of Scotland, where he was latterly Head of Business Development for the Commercial team, based in Edinburgh. During his career at RBS, Graham was employed in a number of roles encompassing credit, relationship management, corporate finance and business development, winning a number of outstanding achievement awards. On leaving the bank in 2006, he established Tiger Advisers, a boutique Corporate Finance business and more recently GL Capital, which provides Corporate Finance and Business Development consultancy services.
Andrew qualified as a surveyor with King Sturge in London in 2008. He went on to work with the mixed used developer, Generator Group, where he concentrated on the purchase and development of residential mixed use sites in and around the South East of England. He also assisted in the Real Estate Solutions team at Generator, providing development work-out expertise for Banks, Administrators and Receivers for stressed and distressed assets. Andrew has a BSc in Property Management and Investment.
